Dear Changemakers,

When the words, “We, the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union…” were written as the introduction to the US Constitution more than 230 years ago, the authors probably didn’t think of the “People” as looking like me – and maybe you. But, all these years later, we know this much is true – our democratic process is stronger when it is truly inclusive of all the people it serves.

 

I created We Are The People Training to support those who work to impact policy and politics and to bring more diverse voices into the process. We are a community of current and former public service professionals, trainers, coaches, business leaders – all who share the vision that institutions are only as strong as the people who work within them. We provide trainings for professionals at all stages of their careers and inclusion planning for the institutions and organizations they serve.
